Parsons Halloween parade today Monday October 31st, 2016, 1:30pm. Minor traffic delays possible in & around Parsons school. Gibraltar Fire dept leading lights and sirens, Carlson High School band playing and marching and of course the kids dressed to thrill. Route will be:Parsons school down Fryer to Stoeflet, Stoeflet to Marr, Marr to Navarre to Fryer and back to the school. Please come and and enjoy the parade.
