Dear Resident:
 
Starting on or about NOV. 3, 2016, the North Castle Highway Department will be starting PHASE II of total rehabilitation of the following roads: UPLAND LANE, WINDMILL RD. CT. PL., LONG POND RD. CT., FOX RIDGE RD. CT., ELM PL., DOGWOOD PL., MILL LANE, POND LANE, OAK RIDGE CT., THORNEWOOD RD., THORNE LANE (Weather Permitting). A couple of days later paving will start.
 
Please drive slowly.  The road will not be entirely closed but you can expect some DELAYS.
 
We ask for your cooperation in making sure there are no parked cars in the road or on the shoulder until the work is completed.  PLEASE DO NOT PLACE LEAF PILES IN THE ROADWAY AS THEY WILL BE BLOWN BACK ON YOUR PROPERTY.  Your cooperation will help us complete this work on schedule.
