10/17/16 WTPD arrested Elizabeth Ritchie, age 55, of Washington, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 10/17/16 at approximately 10:49 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 200 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for failure to maintain lanes. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Ms. Ritchie, arrest for (DWI). She had a BAC of .19%. Ms. Ritchie was charged with failure to maintain lanes, careless driving and (DWI). She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
10/19/16 WTPD arrested Matthew Hontz, age 37, of Nazareth, PA for a $133.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
10/19/16 WTPD arrested Jamal Parker, age 26, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 10/19/16 at approximately 6:07 PM, patrol observed Mr. Parker, who was known to be a wanted person, walking on E. Stewart St. in Washington Borough. The officer attempted to make contact with Mr. Parker. He fled on foot and entered a building in the 100 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. Mr. Parker was quickly located hiding in the attic of an apartment he had entered without the owner’s consent by WTPD K9 “Axle”. Mr. Parker surrendered to K9 “Axle” and his partner. Mr. Parker was taken into custody without further incident. Mr. Parker was processed and additionally charged with evading police and burglary. He was turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department for the NCIC warrant.
10/21/16 WTPD arrested Ninoska Perez, age 48, of Glen Gardner, NJ for a $300.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. She was processed and released after posting bail.
10/21/16 WTPD arrested Albert Maciel, age 34, of Washington, NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Perth Amboy. On 10/21/16 at approximately 8:39 PM, patrol responded to the Shop Rite parking lot, 2 Club House Dr. in Washington Township for a suspicious person. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Maciel had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Mr. Maciel was taken into custody without incident, processed and released after posting bail.
10/22/16 WTPD arrested Chris Everly, age 54, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $5250.00 out of Evesham and Cinnaminson Townships. On 10/22/16 at approximately 9:28 PM, patrol responded to a report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of the Draught House, 268 Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Everly, who was the driver of the vehicle that left the scene, was located and found to have outstanding warrants for his arrest. Mr. Everly was taken into custody without incident, processed and issued motor vehicle summonses for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report a motor vehicle accident, careless driving and operating motor vehicle without a driver’s license. He ewes’ released with a mandatory court date.
10/23/16 WTPD arrested Charles Morrow, age 42, of Asbury, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 10/23/16 at approximately 1:05 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 in Washington Township for failure to maintain lanes. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Morrow, arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .22%. Mr. Morrow was charged with failure to maintain lanes, careless driving, failure to exhibit documents and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
10/23/16 WTPD arrested Dakota Carlos, age 19, of Washington, NJ, and Philip Carlos, age 46, of Phillipsburg, NJ for local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 10/23/116 at approximately 4:18 PM, officers were dispatched to a dispute in the area of 398 Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Phillip and Dakota were both charged a with local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Both were processed and released with a mandatory court dates.
10/24/16 WTPD arrested Michael Tang, age 20, of Hackettstown, NJ for an $89.00 outstanding warrant out of Hackettstown. On 10/24/16 at approximately 8:06 PM, patrol responded to a parking complaint in the 40 block of State St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Tang had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Mr. Tang was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.
10/24/16 WTPD arrested Joseph Falkowski, age 21, of Levittown, PA for a $150.00 outstanding warrant out of Ocean City. On 10/24/16 at approximately 7:26 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 S. in Oxford Township for speeding. At that time, the driver, Mr. Falkowski, was found to have the outstanding warrant. He was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for speeding and driving an unregistered motor vehicle. He was released with mandatory courts dates.
