69.09 ALL NIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED. No person, except physicians or other persons on
emergency calls, shall park a vehicle on any of the following named streets for a period of time longer
than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of any day during the time period
from November 1 to March 31.

1. Court Street from State Street to Welsh Street;
2. Elm Street from State Street to Welsh Street;
3. State Street from Elm Street to Court Street;
4. Welsh Street from Elm Street to Court Street.
