The West Covina Police Department is continuing its investigating of the fatal traffic collision involving a vehicle and a 3-wheel motorcycle in the intersection of Azusa Avenue and Fairgrove Avenue in the city of West Covina that occurred Sunday afternoon at 12:49 pm.
The red, custom made 3-wheel motorcycle was travelling south on Azusa when it collided into a vehicle which had turned left from northbound Azusa Avenue to westbound Fairgrove. The driver of the 3-wheel motorcycle was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. He has been identified as Lawrence Dean Haskel, 67 of West Covina.
The West Covina Police Department is asking for any witnesses who may have been at that location at the time of the collision. Anyone with information is asked to call the WCPD at 626 939-8589.
