The Indiana State Police is reporting a significant traffic backup on I-69 southbound, between the 296-291 mile markers, a few miles south of the GM plant. The backup is reported to extend the entire five mile stretch.
Motorists are encouraged to either utilize alternate routes of travel or expect significant delays while they travel through that area as construction crews continue their work.
