On October 11th, 2016 The Ingham County Sheriff’s Office responded to 5077 Willoughby Rd (Holt Heritage Village Apartments) where 69 yr old David Fluke was found dead, the victim of a homicide.

The Investigation has revealed that Mr. Fluke had contact with the LGBT community and homeless/transient people in the Lansing area. Mr. Fluke used various social media outlets seeking male companionship.

Investigators are asking for the Communities help in identifying and locating a male subject that was seen with Fluke during the month of September up until his death in October. He is described as a White male in his 20’s, 5’08 to 6’00 tall, medium build, with very short blond hair and a pale complexion. It is possible that he is a crossdresser and wears a blond, shoulder length wig. He may also drive a black Pontiac car.
