Discounted Rain Barrel Sale 
The City of Chula Vista is helping the San Diego County Water Authority and local water districts put on an event to help promote the use of rain barrels, please see the attached flyer. Anyone can purchase a discounted barrel online at, www.rainbarrelprogram.org/sandiego before 11/27 and pick it up at the Rice Canyon Preserve on 12/3 from 9-2 (or at another location listed online). The barrels are normally $149 but through the special discount provided by your water districts they are now only $90 and after your $75 rebate (www.socalwatersmart.com) it can drop to only $15!
