Please avoid the intersection of Bernal Ave. at Vineyard Ave. The traffic signal is out due to an earlier accident. Currently the intersection is regulated by temporary stop signs. The accident also took out the street lights as well. Please avoid the area if you can, but if you must proceed with caution and obey all regulatory traffic signs. The signal is expected to be repaired by 9 PM
