Officers responded to a theft. The reporting party was with a patient when she observed a subject enter the business and leave. It was then determined that items were missing from a purse.

Arrest: 43 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended license
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined the driver to have a suspended license. Further investigation led to the discovery of methamphetamine on the driver’s person. He was cited and released.

Arrest: 27 year old male, resident of San Jose; 45 year old male, transient
Charges: Possession of narcotics, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, outstanding warrant
Officers conducting routine patrol located a suspicious vehicle. It was determined that a male subject associated to the vehicle had an outstanding warrant. A probation search yielded methamphetamine, heroin, and a pipe. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail. Another subject who drove up during the officer’s investigation was found to be driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.

Officers responded to a business on a report of a burglary. Several subjects entered a store, immediately removed multiple items from display, and fled. Follow-up is being conducted.

Arrest: 23 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: DUI
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the driver displayed the objective signs of intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Blossom Hill/Los Gatos Boulevard
Arrest: 36 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on suspended license
Officers responded to the parking lot of a business on a report of an erratic driver. Officers located the vehicle and determined that the driver, an admitted user of PCP, was under the influence. It was also determined that she was driving on a suspended license. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
