City of Clarkesville - Level 2 Drought Declaration 
All City of Clarkesville water customers are currently under a Level 2 Drought Declaration. For information on the Drought Rule and requirements please visit: http://rules.sos.ga.gov/GAC/391-3-30. Outdoor landscape watering is only allowed two days a week. Even-numbered addresses and properties without numbered addresses may water on Wednesday and Saturday between 4:00pm and 10:00am. Odd-numbered addresses may water Thursday and Sunday between 4:00pm and 10:00am.
