Portsmouth Police Need Assistance Locating Missing Mother
The Portsmouth Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a missing Portsmouth woman. According to Detectives with the Special Victims Unit, 52-year-old Zuleika S. Horton was last seen at a family member’s home in the 2600 block of High Street on November 1, 2016. Detectives are concerned for Ms. Horton’s well-being as she is dependent upon prescription medication, for several medical conditions.
Ms. Horton is described as a black female, approximately 5’7” tall, weighing 200 pounds. Ms. Horton has recently colored her hair gold and has brown eyes. No clothing description is available for Ms. Horton.
