Fantasy of Lights Parade in downtown Howell Friday, Nov 25. Grand River CLOSES 5pm until 11pm. 
The 33rd Annual Fantasy of Lights Parade is scheduled for Friday, November 25, 2016,7pm. There will the Fantasy 5K Run at 6pm.
To accommodate these events, Grand River Ave. will be CLOSED starting at 5:00pm until after the parade (usually 10-11pm). Detour signs will be posted to use Clinton Street (primary for westbound traffic) and Sibley Street (primary for eastbound traffic).

North and south Walnut Street (between Clinton & Sibley) 5:00am - 11:00pm
North and south Center Street (between Clinton & Sibley) 5:00am - 11:00pm
North and south Chestnut Street (between Clinton & Sibley) 5:00am - 11:00pm
North State Street between Grand River and Clinton, 5:00am-11:00pm
Some parking list may have limited parking. Remember to only park in legal spaces, don't block driveways or sidewalks, and look for signs that may limit parking.
