Phillip Gangwer was last seen Thursday, November 24, 2016 at 1:00 pm EDT in Westfield, Indiana, and is believed to be in danger. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, glasses, black dress shoes, brown multicolored sweater, army baseball cap and a green coat.
Mr. Gangwer may be disoriented and require medical assistance. He is believed to be driving a 2016, Jeep Compass, red in color with Indiana plate HN895.
