The Akron Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force are asking for assistance from the public for information that could lead to the arrest of Finess A. Terry. Terry is wanted for felonious assault and discharging firearm into habitation.
On March 24, 2016 around 6:00pm, Finess Terry was involved in a gunfight with other males in a car in the 300 block of Chittenden Street. A stray bullet went through a house on Chittenden Street and struck a 63 year old female inside. The female victim was transported to a local hospital where she was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Finess Terry is a black male, 25 years old, 5’09” and 160 lbs. His last known address was on Duane Avenue in Akron.
Finess Terry should be considered armed and dangerous.
