Third Precinct Community Thanksgiving Events a Success! 
On Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2016, Third Precinct Officer Pete Rivera, Community Liaison Officer Eiffel Ramirez, Inspector Robert Waring and Deputy Inspector Milagros Soto attended and participated in the Brentwood Feed the Need event at Ross Park. This event helps families and individuals who are affected by unfortunate circumstances such as homelessness, poverty, and hunger.
The Third Precinct Explorers also received a certificate for Outstanding Achievement from the Town of Islip for their work and effort in the community.
Members of the Third Precinct also attended the Fishers of Men N.Y. Ministries Annual Thanksgiving Community Dinner in Bay Shore, NY.
