Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department Special Victims Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Portsmouth man. According to detectives, 60-year-old Nathaniel Lockley was last seen in the Churchland area of the city on November 25, 2016. Detectives are concerned for Mr. Lockley’s well-being because he is dependent upon prescription medication for a medical condition.

Mr. Lockley is described as a black male, approximately 5’4” tall, weighing 120 pounds. Mr. Lockley has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing gray sweat pants, and a gray jacket.

As always, callers who call the crime line are never asked to give their name or testify in court. If their information leads to an arrest, the recovery of drugs or stolen property they could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.
