PORTSMOUTH DETECTIVES SEARCHING FOR MISSING MAN
Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department Special Victims Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Portsmouth man. According to detectives, 60-year-old Nathaniel Lockley was last seen in the Churchland area of the city on November 25, 2016. Detectives are concerned for Mr. Lockley’s well-being because he is dependent upon prescription medication for a medical condition.
Mr. Lockley is described as a black male, approximately 5’4” tall, weighing 120 pounds. Mr. Lockley has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing gray sweat pants, and a gray jacket.
