The male was seen standing by a tree near the southwest exterior side of Garcia Hall. SRJC District Police officers were patrolling on foot near this area and were able to respond quickly but the subject had left the area. After an extensive search officers did not locate the male subject. It was later discovered the male was seen earlier in the day in the area of the Counseling Department on the second floor of the Bertolini Student Center; prior to the incident near Garcia Hall.

• Last seen wearing a dark beanie style hat, a black SRJC hockey windbreaker, and long silver athletic shorts.
The investigation is ongoing and the District Police are asking anyone who was in the area around the time who may have witnessed anything suspicious or who has any information to come forward by contacting our dispatch center at (707)527-1000. At this time it is unknown whether the male subject was urinating in public or exposing himself for other reasons.
