Greene County - Late Wednesday night just after 11pm, Trooper Caleb Garvin conducted a traffic stop on State Road 54 at JL Wilson Road after observing a vehicle travel left of center. After advising Minks of his Miranda rights, he told Trooper Garvin there was also a pipe located underneath the driver’s seat.
Located with the glass smoking device was a substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine.
