Arrest: 34 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Shoplifting, possession of stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers responded to a business on a report of a shoplifter in custody. Upon their arrival, it was determined that the suspect was in possession of stolen merchandise. He was also in possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was cited and released.

Officers responded to a residential burglary. An alert neighbor observed the suspects leaving and reported the activity. Upon their arrival, officers confirmed that a residential burglary had occurred. Surveillance was captured and follow-up is being conducted.

Officers responded to a reported commercial burglary that had just occurred at a business. The suspect entered the business and stole items that were kept in a restricted area prior to fleeing.

Charges: Outstanding warrants
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon their arrival, it was determined that the occupant had an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: Juvenile male
Charges: Possession of burglary tools, prowling
Officers responded to a suspicious circumstance. An unknown male subject had contacted a resident in a manner similar to standard modus operandi used by burglars. Upon their arrival, officers located a juvenile in possession of burglary tools. He was arrested and transported to Juvenile Hall.

Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later located by the Santa Clara Police Department.

Arrest: 21 year old male, resident of Saratoga
Charges: Drunk in public, resisting arrest
Officers responded to the report of a male subject banging on the front door of a residence, refusing to leave. After a brief foot pursuit, the subject was taken into custody without incident. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Main/Pleasant
Arrest: 31 year old female, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Driving on a suspended license, hit and run
Officers responded to an unknown injury collision and located damage to Town property, but no responsible vehicle. They followed a trail of fluids and located the suspect vehicle on Stacia. The driver admitted involvement and was cited and released.

14700-blk Los Gatos Blvd
Arrest: 20 year old female, resident of San Jose; 25 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools
Officers located a suspicious vehicle and found that the VIN did not match the vehicle. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen to the San Jose Police Department. Both occupants were also found to be in possession of methamphetamine, paraphernalia, and burglary tools. They were both arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded to a residential burglary. A neighbor provided suspect information and follow-up is being conducted.

Arrest: 29 year old male, resident of Nevada
Charges: DUI
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle driving without headlights on. It was determined that the driver exhibited the objective signs of intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
