Commercial Burglary at San Luis Obispo Business on Granada St.

On December 5, 2016 at approximately 2:20 AM San Luis Obispo police officers responded to a burglary alarm at 253 Granada, Crawford Enterprises. The responding officers discovered the front door to the business had been damaged and forced open. Upon entering the business officers found the display cases opened along with several coins and items of property on the ground.
The owner of the business arrived and confirmed numerous items of property including silver dollars had been stolen. In reviewing the in store video surveillance cameras, a suspect was seen entering the business and removing an undisclosed amount of items from the display cases. The video shows the suspect was wearing a light colored hooded jacket with a baseball cap underneath. The hooded jacket was pulled tight concealing part of the suspect’s face. The suspect was a male with facial hair on his upper lip and wearing a headlamp on his head.
Shortly after the burglary, a vehicle believed to be involved left scene and was captured on the outside video surveillance camera. The suspect vehicle is a small white or light colored 2 door sedan depicted in the photograph below.
The San Luis Obispo Police Department is asking anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect(s) involved in this burglary to notify them. Crime Stoppers can also be notified and your identity can remain anonymous.
