12/02/16 WTPD arrested Bryan Vanassen, age 37, of Stewartsville, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Pohatcong Township. On 12/02/16 at approximately 12:19 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township for speeding. At that time, the driver, Mr. Vanassen, was found to have the outstanding warrant. He was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for speeding, failure to produce documents and driving with a suspended license. He was released with a mandatory court date.

12/03/16 WTPD arrested Ryan Cybrowski, age 29, of Port Murray, NJ for an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Mansfield Township. On 12/03/16 at approximately 12:39 AM, officers were dispatched to 200 block of Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township for the report of an intoxicated male walking in the roadway. Upon the officer’s arrival in the area, Mr. Cybrowski, was located and found to have an outstanding warrant. Mr. Cybrowski was processed and released with a new court date.

12/03/16 WTPD arrested Tanner Golovko, age 22, of Glen Gardner, NJ for an outstanding NCIC warrant out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 12/03/16 at approximately 10:45 AM, patrol observed Mr. Golovko, who was known to be a wanted person, walking on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Borough. The officer confirmed the outstanding warrant, made contact with Mr. Golovko, who was taken into custody without incident. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

12/04/16 WTPD arrested Kelly McNulty, age 37, of Edison, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 12/04/16 at approximately 8:52 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 N. in Oxford Township for speeding. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Ms. McNulty’s, arrest for (DWI). Ms. McNulty was charged with speeding, failure to maintain lanes, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed driver, refusal to consent to a breath test, open container of an alcoholic beverage and DWI. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
