Four Arrested At Muncie Meth Lab

Muncie – A woman and three men were arrested early this morning after the Meth Suppression Team served a search warrant on a house at 3515 W. 8th St. here in Muncie.  The search warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation into the manufacture of Methamphetamine.

When troopers entered the home around 12:30 a.m. this morning they found an active working meth lab and arrested four people in the home.  Arrested was Charles Ramsey, age 45, charged with Manufacturing Meth, Possession of Precursors, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, all Level 6 Felony charges.

Ramsey was also found to be wanted on 9 felony warrant charges including Dealing and Possessing Methamphetamine; Possession of Precursors; Maintaining a Common Nuisance; Domestic Battery; Child Support and three counts of Invasion of Privacy.

Also arrested was Erick Stuffel, age 53, Stephanie Lee age 25 and Jason Taylor, age 34. All three were charged with Level 6 Felony Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  In addition Lee was found to be wanted on warrants for OWI and False Informing, and Stuffel on warrants for Residential Entry, Battery and Theft.  All four subjects were lodged in the Delaware County Jail.
