Three Arrested During Traffic Stop; Meth, Cocaine and Heroin Found in the Vehicle
Indianapolis - An early morning traffic stop on Pendleton Pike near 52nd Street led to the arrest of three people. This morning around 12:45 Trooper Joel Flores pulled over a blue 2000 Chrysler for a traffic violation. The driver, 37 year old Robert Crider of Camby Indiana, was allegedly driving on a suspended license. The Lawrence Police arrived to assist Trooper Flores. During the course of the investigation police located meth, cocaine and heroin inside the vehicle, along with drug paraphernalia including hypodermic needles.
Two passengers in the vehicle, 45 year old Terri Hawk of Camby and 34 year old Jonathan Kidwell of Indianapolis, were also arrested in connection to the drugs.
The three were transported to the Marion County Adult Processing Center and are being held on the probable cause of possession of cocaine, possession of meth, possession of heroin and possession of syringes. The Marion County Prosecutor's Office will review the case and determine if and what formal charges will be filed.
All suspects named in this release are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in court. Since an arrest was made, any further questions should be referred to the Marion County Prosecutor's Office
Trooper Flores was assisted in this investigation by the Lawrence Police Department, the Marion County Sheriff's Office and the Marion County Prosecutor.
