Perry County: A Tell City pair were arrested Friday on numerous drug charges, in the presence of a four year old child.
Friday morning, Senior Trooper Robbie Lambert was patrolling State Road 37 near French Ridge Road in Perry County when he pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation. While speaking with the driver, 25 year old Anthony Garner of Tell City, Lambert smelled the odor of burnt marijuana from inside the vehicle. Lambert searched the vehicle, leading him to find several baggies of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The investigation also determined that Garner was driving while his license had been suspended.
