During the week of December 11th, moderate to heavy rain and wind is predicted for the North Bay area. These weather conditions may result in power outages in some areas. In the event of power outages, PG&E crews will respond as quickly as possible.

PG&E customers may report & view electric outages at www.pge.com. PG&E Customers can also chose to stay informed with outage alerts delivered via text, email or phone by signing up at www.pge.com.

If you encounter a downed power line please do the following:

• Call 911 immediately to report a fallen power line.
• Avoid touching the downed line with your hand or an object, such as a stick, broom or pole.
• Avoid touching anything, such as a car, object or equipment, or anyone who is in contact with a fallen power line.
• Keep children and pets away from fallen electric lines.
• Avoid driving over a fallen power line.
• Once you are in a safe area, please call 800-743-5000 to report any problems.
