Officers responded to a report of a stolen Caterpillar excavator. There is suspect information and follow-up is being conducted.

Officers responded to reported bike theft. The bicycle was stolen from the driveway within a 30 minute time period.

15400-blk Union
Officers responded to a hit and run injury collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian. Uninvolved witnesses observed the hit and run victim lunge at the driver’s side door and hold onto it as the vehicle left the parking lot. The hit and run victim denied knowing the female driver and suffered a complaint of pain to his leg. Follow-up is being conducted.

Officers responded to a non-injury collision involving a grey Jeep and a fire hydrant. Santa Clara County Fire responded to shut down the main valve until San Jose Water could respond to repair the hydrant and restore water to the fire safety system.

Arrest: 67 year old female, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: DUI
Officers responded to a collision involving a vehicle that had collided with a parked car and had rolled onto its side. Upon their arrival, officers determined that the driver was exhibiting the objective symptoms of intoxication. She was cited and released due to her injuries.

Arrest: 23 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charge: DUI
Officers responded to a collision involving a vehicle that had collided with a telephone pole/fence. Upon their arrival, officers determined that the driver exhibited the objective symptoms of intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
