MAN WANTED IN ARMED ASSAULT

On Friday, December 9th, 2016, at approximately, 12:45 p.m., Morgan Hill Police Officer's were dispatched to the 200 block of Oak Grove Court, to investigate the report of an in-progress physical fight between two male subjects. It was initially reported that one of the male subjects used a bat to assault the other. Shortly after receiving the initial call, the Morgan Hill Police Department received a second phone call in which the caller stated that Suspect Mark Weber, 47, from Morgan Hill, had just killed his neighbor with a bat. Officers responded to the scene and ultimately located the victim suffering from major injuries inside his home. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for possible life threatening injuries. Officer’s conducted a search that night for Suspect Weber but he had fled the scene prior to police arrival and is still at large.

Do not attempt to approach Weber as he is considered to be armed and dangerous. If spotted, please call 9-1-1 immediately and provide your exact location, as well as any physical description of Weber.
