...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in California... Navarro River At Navarro affecting Mendocino County Eel River At Fernbridge affecting Humboldt County The cold front will soon be exiting Mendocino County and the rain will end. The Navarro River will continue to rise through the afternoon and will crest this evening. The lower Eel River will continue to rise through this evening and will crest early Friday morning. The flood warning continues for The Navarro River At Navarro.

* At 2:15 PM Thursday the stage was 22.2 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* This river is forecast to crest near 27 feet around 8:00 PM tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet...Water will flow over the south bank of the river approximately 1 mile east of Highway 1, and begin to flood property in this area including six homes. Expect closure of Highway 128. Motorists should use alternate routes. &&
* AFFECTED AREAS: MENDOCINO
