12/04/16 WTPD arrested Scott Rhodes, age 59, of Bronx, NY for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 12/04/16 at approximately 7:23 PM, patrol responded to a dispute in the 1st block of S. Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Rhodes was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and released with a mandatory court date.
12/07/16 WTPD arrested Amy Romano, age 36, of Oxford, NJ for aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Ms. Romano was processed and released after posting bail.
12/10/16 WTPD arrested Keith Davidson, age 30, of Washington, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 12/10/16 at approximately 2:01 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Belvidere Ave in Washington Township for failure to stop at a stop sign. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Davidson, arrest for DWI. Mr. Davidson was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign speeding and DWI. His BAC was .15%. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
12/10/16 WTPD arrested Thomas Reissmann, age 32, of Washington, NJ for obstruction of the administration of law. On 12/10/16 at approximately 8:35 PM, patrol responded to a dispute in the 300 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Reissmann, who was belligerent and refused to provide identification, was arrested for obstruction of the administration of law. He was arrested without further incident, processed and released with a mandatory court date.
12/11/16 WTPD arrested Gabriella Defillippis, age 23, of Washington, NJ for simple assault. Ms. Defillippis was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.
12/12/16 WTPD arrested Pamela Hurst, age 18, and a juvenile female, both of Washington, NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 12/12/16 at approximately 11:20 AM, the School Resource Officer, was alerted by Warren Hills Regional High School official’s that they had (2) subjects that were found to be in possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Ms. Hurst was charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date. The juvenile was processed and released to a parent pending further court action within the juvenile justice system.
12/12/16 WTPD arrested Kyle Davison, age 34, of Oxford, NJ for violation of a court order. Mr. Davison was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.
12/13/16 WTPD arrested Marc Bernstein, age 53, of Bridgewater, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 12/13/16 at approximately 3:00 PM, a patrol officer observed Mr. Bernstein urinating next to the Dairy Queen, 231 Rte. 31 S in Washington Township. Mr. Bernstein was processed, issued a summons for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance at the scene and released with a mandatory court date.
12/14/16 WTPD arrested Cashmere Holmes, age 23, of Washington NJ, for being an NCIC fugitive from justice from the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 12/14/16 at approximately 11:26 AM, officer’s received information that Mr. Holmes, who was known to have an outstanding warrant, was at a residence in the 1st block of Keps Rd. in Oxford Township. The officer’s made contact with Mr. Holmes, confirmed the active NCIC warrant and took him into custody without incident. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
12/14/16 WTPD arrested Joseph Gromlowicz, age 20, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and a $500.00 warrant out of Branchburg Township. On 12/14/16 at approximately 4:10 PM, patrol responded to a report of a man who had climbed onto the roof of business #1-3 on E. Washington Ave, in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Gromlowicz was taken into custody without incident and his outstanding warrant was discovered. Mr. Gromlowicz was processed, charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and turned over to Branchburg Township PD.
