The Village of Whitehall has declared a SNOW EMERGENCY to be in effect immediately until 9:30 AM Sunday, December 18, 2016.
A SNOW EMERGENCY defines there is no parking allowed on any Village street while it is in effect in order to allow the Department of Public Works personnel to properly clear the streets. Violation of this parking prohibition will result in appropriate legal action.
Parking on all village streets, roads, municipal parking lots and areas, as well as medians within the Village of Whitehall is prohibited throughout the duration of the SNOW EMERGENCY.
The Department of Public works staff asks that travelers stay off the roads during the heavy periods of precipitation and travel safely if you must.
