Wind Chill Advisory now in effect until midnight tonight. Wind chills will range from 20-27 below zero until midnight Monday. Wind chills will gradually rise later tonight.
The cold wind chills will cause frostbite to exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frost bite and hypothermia can occur if precautions are not taken.
