100-blk Los Gatos-Saratoga Rd
Officers responded to a report of a prior commercial burglary. Unknown suspects made entry into the establishment and stole items from the manager’s office. Follow-up is being conducted.

15500-blk Union
Officers conducting routine patrols recovered an unoccupied stolen vehicle. The vehicle had been previously reported stolen to the Santa Cruz Police Department.

Escobar/Los Gatos-Almaden
Arrest: 18 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Outstanding warrant
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious male and female. The reporting party advised that the subjects were involved in a collision with her on Highway 85 and refused to stop. She followed the vehicle and observed the passengers get dropped off. Officers circulated the area and located the involved female. It was determined that she had an outstanding warrant, and she was cited and released. The male was not located. The California Highway Patrol responded for the hit and run that occurred on the highway.

Arrest: Male juvenile
Charges: Felony vandalism
Officers received a report of a subject vandalizing a vehicle with a bat. Both motor officers were nearby and were able to conduct a traffic stop on the suspect as he drove away. The suspect juvenile was cited and released.

Arrest: 45 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Drunk in public
Officers responded to a report of a subject refusing to leave an establishment. Upon their arrival, officers determined that the subject was unable to care for his own safety. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

400-blk N. Santa Cruz
Arrest: 45 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Trespassing
Officers responded to a reported trespassing. The involved subject was previously terminated from employment at the same location and had previously been given a formal trespass warning. The subject arrived at the business and refused to leave. Despite their efforts to get him to comply with the order, the subject refused to leave and demanded to see a magistrate. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail based on his request and the likelihood of reoccurrence.
