* AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS MORNING AND WILL CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON...MAINLY ACROSS OPEN COUNTRY. WINDS WILL DIMINISH EARLY THIS EVENING.

* SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING SNOW ARE EXPECTED ACROSS OPEN AREAS LATE THIS MORNING INTO THIS AFTERNOON.
VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING SNOW MAY VARY GREATLY OVER SHORT DISTANCES.
* DRIFTING SNOW IN OPEN COUNTRY MAY LEAD TO SNOW COVERED AND SLICK ROADS.
