$10,000 reward offered in Arlington Homicide

Arlington Police Investigating Fatal Shooting
Oak Farms Dairy is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and grand jury indictment of the person or persons responsible for the woman murdered on December 15, 2016.
Detectives confirmed April Vancleave was trying to complete an online exchange for Christmas money. She agreed to meet the buyer near Target on South Cooper Street and Arbrook Boulevard. When the buyer didn't show, she returned to her apartment complex where she was confronted in the parking lot by an unknown individual and shot during an altercation. Vancleave later died from her injuries at a local hospital.
Police are seeking the public's help in locating the two men that are shown in the surveillance video. Arlington detectives believe they may have information that may lead to the identification of the person or persons responsible for this homicide.

Arlington Police Investigating Fatal Shooting
Arlington police detectives are investigating a homicide that occurred on December 15, 2016 around 12 p.m. in the 3500 block of Timberwood Circle. A female in her early 30s was shot while in the parking lot. She was transported to the hospital where she later died.
While it’s still early in the investigation, detectives have not ruled out robbery as possible motive. Investigators are interviewing witnesses and canvassing the area.
The identity of the deceased will be released by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s office once next of kin has been notified.
