Deceased Homeless Man is Identified
Vigo County—This afternoon, Indiana State Police at Putnamville and the Vigo County Coroner’s Office received notification from the Indiana State Police Laboratory concerning the fingerprint analysis on the deceased homeless man found in a wooded encampment on the near east side of Terre Haute.
The deceased victim was identified as 59-year-old Ralph Malone of Terre Haute, IN.
Family has been notified.
No additional information at this time.
Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
