AFTERNOON...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST
THIS AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP BETWEEN 6 AM AND 8 AM AROUND SIOUX
CITY AND BY 10 AM IN SPENCER AND STORM LAKE. HEAVY SNOW IS
POSSIBLE THIS MORNING BEFORE ENDING EARLY THIS AFTERNOON

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOWFALL OF 3 TO 6 INCHES IS EXPECTED.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...HEAVY SNOWFALL AT TIMES THIS MORNING WILL
REDUCE VISIBILITY BELOW ONE-HALF MILE. WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH
WILL CAUSE DRIFTING SNOW WHEN SNOW IS FALLING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW
WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW
