* WINDS / VISIBILITIES...WINDS GUSTING AS HIGH AS 60 MPH WILL
CAUSE WHITEOUT CONDITIONS IN BLOWING SNOW.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION OF UP TO 1
INCH IS POSSIBLE.
* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT TO IMPOSSIBLE...
