Full Notification

At approximately 2:51 pm today Otter Creek Fire Department was dispatched to reports of a house on fire at 10637 Rosedale Rd. Upon arrival personnel found a single story home with flames and heavy smoke showing. The fire was quickly under control but not before the home sustained heavy damage. There was nobody home at the time of the fire, but there were pets that did not survive. No other injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was determined to be electrical and started in the kitchen.
