Fatal Traffic Collision Investigation in West Covina. 
On 12/31/16 at 4:20 pm West Covina Police responded to a traffic collision involving a pedestrian and a Foothill Transit bus in the area of Barranca Ave. and North Garvey Ave. The pedestrian, an 82 year-old female, died at the scene as a result of the collision. West Covina Police Department's Major Accident Investigation Team is conducting the investigation. Notification of the family is pending.
