Officers responded to a report of a residential burglary. Unknown suspects entered the backyard by kicking in two fence boards. Follow-up is being conducted.

Arrest: 42 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Drunk in public
Officers responded to a report of a subject staggering around the parking lot looking for his car. The subject was located and was exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

17000-blk Eaton
Officers responded to a residential burglary. The suspects had packaged up some property and were moving a safe when they fled. Follow-up is being conducted.
12/24/2016 1330 hours
Blossom Hill/Los Gatos Blvd
Arrest: 26 year old male, resident of Berkeley; 21 year old male, resident of Oakland
Charges: Expired registration, driving on suspended license, possession of controlled substance
Officers observed a suspicious vehicle and conducted an enforcement stop. The driver was found to be driving on a suspended license. The passenger was on searchable probation. A search of the vehicle was conducted and cocaine and LSD were located. Both subjects were cited and released.
