Reminder - Portions of Route 45 to close for approximately 90 days! 
PLATTE COUNTY – Crews will close all eastbound and westbound lanes of Route 45 between Brightwell Rd. and Timber Ridge Dr. beginning Tuesday, January 3, 2017 and continuing through Saturday, April 1, 2017 for road widening work. This will be a 24/7 closure. Motorists will need to find an alternate route. All work is weather dependent.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
