Trooper Makes Four Arrests in Two Events in Recent Days
On Monday January 2 at 10:45a.m., Indiana State Police Trooper Brent Robinson stopped a dark blue Oldsmobile Intrigue on County Road 300 North just east of US 41 for failure to signal a turn. During conversations with the occupants, Trooper Robinson developed indicators of possible criminal activity. The driver, 27-year-old Jonna L. Bolenbaugh of Carlisle, IN., was found to be wanted on warrants from Sullivan County for manufacturing methamphetamine and other drug related offenses. She was taken into custody and a search of the vehicle yielded approximately one gram of Marijuana, approximately 4.5 grams of Methamphetamine, various pipes for smoking illegal drugs, syringes, assorted paraphernalia, electronic scales and three pillows later determined stolen from a nearby motel. The remaining two occupants were taken into custody and all three incarcerated in the Sullivan County Jail.
Jonna L. Bolenbaugh was arrested for dealing in methamphetamine; possession of methamphetamine; possession of a syringe; possession of a legend drug; possession of marijuana; possession of controlled substance; possession of paraphernalia; and theft.
Terry C. Collins, no age, of Linton, IN. and Megan L. Damron, age 34, of Jasonville, IN., were both charged with the same six counts. Dealing in Methamphetamine; Possession of Methamphetamine; Possession of a Syringe; Possession of a Controlled Substance; Possession of Paraphernalia; and Theft.
Assisting was Sullivan County Sheriff’s Deputy Lieutenant Bill Snead.
At 8:30 this morning, January 6, Indiana State Police Trooper Brent Robinson responded to a domestic disturbance call at a residence at 9903 N Old US 41, Farmersburg, IN. A male was allegedly intoxicated, yelling, and breaking and throwing items in the residence. Upon arrival, Trooper Robinson noticed signs indicating the reporting information was correct and 37-year-old Joseph Edwards was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct and Invasion of Privacy. The female at the residence was the recipient of a protective and no contact order which Edwards is alleged to have violated.
No pictures available for either case.
Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
