Winter Weather Advisory in Effect 11pm to 7pm Tuesday 
An area of low pressure will move past the Upper Great Lakes, bringing a period of snow late tonight into Tuesday. Then the rain will mix with, and change over to rain in northern Lower Michigan.
• Heaviest snowfall rates will occur early Tuesday.
• Snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches are expected.
• Rain falling onto snow-covered roads will result in icy conditions developing Tuesday afternoon, even as temperatures climb above freezing.
• Reduced visibility at times.
• Slippery road conditions during the morning commute.
