Arrest: 27 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: DUI, driving on a suspended license
Officers responded to a report of a suspected DUI driver. The vehicle was located and an enforcement stop was conducted. Officers determined that the driver was exhibiting the objective signs of narcotic intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 36 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Driving on a suspended license, failure to have ignition interlock device
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the driver was driving on a suspended license. Additionally, he was found to be out of compliance with a court-ordered ignition interlock device. He was cited and released.

Arrest: 28 year old male, resident of San Jose; 51 year old female, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Possession of stolen property, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools, parole hold, possession of prescription medication without prescription
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and found that the driver had an expired driver’s license. The driver was also found to have an active warrant and to be on active parole. A search yielded approximately a gram of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and burglary tools. Stolen items were also located. The female passenger was found to be in possession of prescription medication without a prescription. The driver was arrested and transported to Main Jail. The female was cited and released.

Arrest: 29 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Drunk in public
Officers responded to a downtown establishment on a report of a patron who was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Upon their arrival, it was determined that the involved subject was too intoxicated to care for herself. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
