Russian River near Hopland affecting Mendocino County Navarro River At Navarro affecting Mendocino County Mad River Near Arcata affecting Humboldt County Eel River At Fernbridge affecting Humboldt County Van Duzen River Near Bridgeville affecting Humboldt County Another round of significant rainfall tonight through Tuesday night. The heaviest rainfall is expected to occur Tuesday morning. Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches and up to 6 to 8 inches in the mountains will lead to a second flood crest on these rivers. ...Flood Warning Continues for The Navarro River At Navarro...

* At 9:15 PM Monday the stage was 17.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood Stage is 23.0 feet.
* FORECAST...This river is expected to rise above flood stage of 23.0 ft tomorrow afternoon then forecast to crest near 33.0 ft then forecast to fall below flood stage of 23.0 ft wednesday morning then forecast to recede to near 10.0 ft late thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 34.0 feet...Significant flooding over the south bank approximately 1 mile east of Highway 1 will occur. Property damage to inlcude the six homes along the river is possible. Expect closure of Highway 128. Motorists should use alternate routes. &&
* AFFECTED AREAS: MENDOCINO
