THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR FREEZING RAIN CHANGING TO SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY.
* TIMING...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN WILL DEVELOP IN THE PREDAWN HOURS AND CHANGE TO A PERIOD OF LIGHT SNOW AROUND MID MORNING.
* ACCUMULATIONS...ICE ACCUMULATIONS LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH ARE LIKELY.
