Suspect wanted for indecent exposure City of Rosemead 
On December 19, 2016, in the 7500 blk Emerson Pl,Rosemead, a 25 year old male hispanic, goatee, wearing a black beenie and grey jacket exposed himself while seated in a green vehicle. The vehicle had a grey/blue Dallas Cowboy star in back window. Detectives have exhausted all leads and are requesting the publics help in identifying the suspect and vehicle.
