Downed Power Lines, Outages 
High winds overnight have caused downed power lines and power outages in the City.
Dale Rd. between Hilliard Blvd. and Center Ridge Rd. is closed.
Wires are down elsewhere in the City but should not interfere with traffic.
Do not touch downed power lines; notify First Energy at their Outage Reporting Line, 1-888-LIGHTSS (1-888-544-4877). Stay 30 feet away from all downed lines.
If traffic signals are out of service, treat the intersection as an all way stop and proceed with caution.
