AT THIS TIME THERE APPEARS TO BE NO INTENT TO DO ANYTHING CRIMINAL AND THE SUBJECT DID HAVE VALID REASON TO BE IN THE AREA. THANKS FOR THE TIPS THAT LEAD TO IDENTIFYING THE INDIVIDUAL. WOODWAY PSD would like to speak to the driver of the vehicle seen in these photos. The vehicle is a red or burgundy late 1990's to 2000's Ford Ranger or Mazda B2200 with a tool box and ladder in the back. The vehicle may also have numerous stickers on the rear windshield and tailgate. The driver possibly identified himself as a "Simon"(or something similiar) to several children in an area neighborhood and then gave them various items.
